Here at my "home on the web" I will be celebrating chocolate as a food
as well as celebrating with chocolate in the company of friends and
aficionados of fine chocolates.
A chocolatada is a chocolate party, and I will be posting information
about chocolate parties, what they have been and what they could be, on
my premises, or in your own home or other party venue. I will be
offering my products and services in the pursuit of more and better
chocolatadas, and the pleasures and ecstasies which result from
consuming artfully prepared chocolate in congenial company.
The great recent news is all about the heath benefits of including
chocolate as a regular part of your diet. I've been doing research in
this field, and I'll be sharing my findings with you, what I've found
to date and new research as it becomes available.
